Edible

Edibles are foods or beverages containing decarboxylated cannabinoids. After ingestion, cannabinoids undergo first-pass metabolism in the liver, often producing active metabolites (e.g., 11-OH-THC) that can be more potent and longer-lasting than inhalation routes. Onset is delayed (30–120+ minutes) and dosing requires patience and precise labeling.
