Stress training

Stress training encompasses cultivation techniques like low-stress training (LST) and high-stress training (HST), where growers bend, tie, top, or otherwise manipulate cannabis plants. These methods redistribute growth hormones, increase light penetration, and encourage multiple bud sites.
