Couple of coincidences...blood tests from the doc come back saying hypothyroidism..(ongoing checks.)
So when I was looking to spend my Xmas #Amazon vouchers I checked out some thyroid support meds.
Bought them and got immediate response...my feet warmed up for the first time in a couple of months.....
..sign they do work..but expensive upkeep...
So...bit more googling about and they suggested Iodine drops for thyroid support.... cheaper....

So I got a bottle of this to try...a tenner from #Amazon ...

Now read the bottom of the text...it says take two full droppers full a day.....gif.gif...I misread that as two drops a day..
So massive underdosed...but...I could Feel a difference in Hours.....

Hubby has been suffering massively with lack of energy and inertia since he had that really bad flu over Xmas/Jan...it really knocked 7 bells out of him...
So yesterday lunch I suggested he took a couple of drops under his tongue...not the full dose..just a drop either side of his tongue.
It's absorbed by the mucus membrane...
..you don't swallow.. #JustSayin
Anyway...he said he could feel a difference by last night...
Then this morning we were out at 9.30am for the dog walk...instead of the normal 11.30 am ATM...and low and behold..he actually started his jobs..and worked through to 3pm.........wow....
Worth a Tenner to find out....Works for us.
