100w led or switch too 150w hps for flower

Hello everyone.
I hope everyone is doing well.
I have a 5 week old autoflower going.
I am growing her just in a 1 gallon cloth pot.
I am using royal gold tupur coco.
I am feeding her mega crop.
I been using a small 100w led light panel from start.
I was wanting to know you opinions on if i should keep using the 100w led till finish or at week 5 now switch to a 150w hps to finish her out.
Please let me know what you think would be best.

If you don't need to add heat, I'd say stay with the led. I've grown many nice plants with a 100 watt led.

Yup, I've used 100 watt LED ( TS600 ) and had good results.

You didnt share what your grow room looks like, care to share?
That 1 gallon fabric pot is going to limit your yield, but with 100 to 150 watts of light to choose from, I wouldn't worry too much about that for now. For future reference, three gallons is about ideal for auto's if you have the light to support a bigger plant.
While I have switched from HID to LED many years ago, I have never gotten rid of my HID lighting systems, and I will infrequently break them out for a grow. That said, neither 100W LED or 150W HPS is going to give you a very large footprint for a healthy plant canopy.
When I first started transitioning from photoperiod to autoflower plants, I purchased a 150W HID (Sun Systems if I recall) and ran it in a 2'X2' Secret Jardin tent. Didnt care for it; too much heat, other problems, not very good yield..
If you're growing in a tent, and your 150W HID is an integrated ballast / reflector like the one I used, you'll have challenges. But if you are growing in an open area where air exchange / venting is not a problem, dont be afraid to give it a try. An oscillating fan will keep your plant cool in an open grow roome area. Just keep your plant canopy area limited to one plant and no more than 1.5' X 1.5', or about 2.25 sq. ft.
You can grow some "pretty good" plants under 100 to 150 watts HID / LED, but bud density & yield are not going to be stellar. For example, I run a 300 to 325W LED in a 5 sq. ft. tent & get rock solid buds & yields averaging 10 to 12 oz. off a single plant. You just have to be sure you have a good ventilation system so as to not heat stress or light stress your girls.
I still like HID lighting if I get into an unexpectedly large plant with a thick, heavy canopy. I find I get better light penetration through the canopy, resulting in less loose / popcorn buds at harvest. But for normally sized plants where LST keeps an even canopy, I love my LED's.

yes the 1 gallon is small.
this was just a extra seed fun grow.
i am growing in a small closet.
i also grow autos in 3 gallon pots
i have a 3x3 grow tent.
i use 2 x 200w led lights.
