2x2x3 how to set up tent soil grow

So old tent 2x as big used Mars hydro 240w reflector and Galaxy 300w led can I use same light or both in me small tent......first round of plants all stunted put cfl in to get some started sorta worked but 4week autos leaves dry n cryspy.....so yeah wanna start new round but not sure about lights.....pH meter bite the bullet so think maybe pH wacked.....started using distilled water why I don't no ..had some organic soil switched to happy frog.....I'm a bit baked so I mite have to xplain better later but that's the jist ug

I suggest you don't overcomplicate things. Good draining soil, organic nutes at 1/2 dose and don't over water. Get this right then you can start changing things up

Think i got it but wanna put led back in worried it mite hurt plant but its flowering week 6 not sure

I use a 400watt MH/HPS bulbs and a 600watt LED together in a 2’x3’x5’ tent. Lights are side by side. I do adjust the height of the lights individually and keep the LED a little higher due to the light intensity. I keep the HPS about 18” inches above foliage and the LED about 22” inches above foliage. The more spectrum the better!
