3 day old seedling NL Auto with yellow leaf edges...need help.

Edited to add: I found the trouble, I misread the GreenLeaf chart and was giving her full strength nutes. I flushed her with a couple of cups of straight PH water. I'll see how she's doing tonight.

Here is the original post:
I have a main plant growing just fine, a second 7 day old seedling doing fine (planted in OF/Perlite) but my 3 day old seedling isn't doing so well. It's planted in Pro-Mix HP+ which doesn't have nutes in it. It drains well (better than the OF) and so I've been giving it 1/2 strength MegaCrop nutes via a syringe (same feeding method on the other seedling) some around the edge of the cup, and some right at the seedling base.
The leaves are getting yellow at the edges and I'm wondering what's happening.
Can anyone help?

Lol yea i couldnt read my first two grows lol The plants were ugly but the bud was huge and rock hard lol
