I find them quite cheap to just buy them I've read something about vinegar but not sure if it works also I bought a small bottle of each more than 18mths ago and have still got loads left
 
The problem with the "organic" pH adjusters like lemon juice, vinegar, baking soda, etc. is that there is no stability to the pH after adjusting your nutes to the desired pH. I've read alot about it and even tried lemon juice once. Nobody seemed happy with it, and as St Tom says, it's very cheap, and a small bottle will last a long time.
