Amazon colloidal silver 220ppm?

I bought this on amazon a couple months ago will it work to revers a plant. It say it's 220ppm? Thoughts?

My initial thoughts are 220ppm is really high for our purposes, from what I've read. People have posted being successful diluting store bought CS. Good luck!
 
I ordered some 50ppm from the same place after seeing some reviews from some people that said it work
