I'm interested in the home unit for drying, curing, and also long-term storage.
I leave home for 3 to 4 months at a time.
I live in coastal Southern California so it's relatively humid here most the time of that matters.
My concern is that if I leave for three to four months at a time will the sponge bowl dry up and cause problems?
Would two sponge bowls work if that's the case?
