Are Fem-Auto Seeds Smaller...

than free-range photos? Is it a lesser quality genetics thing?
I germinated my seeds & don’t remember canna seeds being this small.
My King Kong is vigorous, but the seed/seedling is tiny.

Nothing to do with it being a fem or an auto. Could be genetics from the photo that's been crossed with the ruderalis but not the auto or fem traits.

Just browse a few of the grow diaries on here and you'll see most autos tipping upwards of 6 ounces in less than 12 weeks.

My seeds are lucky to be half the size of the seeds I used to see in Mexican commercial stuff IIRC.
