Are organic liquid nutrients classed as salt based nutrients or something else? Also can Anyone give me any tips for using organic liquid nutrients.

Hello everyone, can anyone help with the above. I am growing two plants at the moment, one has been overfertilized and is showing nutrient lockout/ deficiencies galore.
The other who has been fed less often is growing much better, but I am unsure as to when the best time to feed with organic liquid nutrients as I want to make the most of the plant to get the most out of her.
Can anyone offer any advice please?
