Are these Trichromes ready?

Nearing the harvest of Og Kush auto by Fastbuds, totalling 10 weeks now

Need to know if these trichromes are ready.

I am wanting the couch lock effect so im guessing more amber?

Do I flush now or wait?

I personally don't flush, but it looks like they need a while more to me.

I have a plant that looks ready, leaves are all dying. But no amber. She’s at 82 days. I’m gonna give her another week or so and if I don’t see any amber I’m chopping her.
