I did some heavy defoilating on seven Black berry gum autos and got a wicked return I ever pinched any tops but I cleared under neath and stripped allot of leaves off of them to maximize bud sites at least a half a garbage bag of leaf and satellite shoots I got some really good weight I don't weigh but it filled allot of containers. So defoilating the shit out of some strains improves yield IMHO
