what percent would be auto if you breed a photo x auto (feminized pollen from autoflower with good genes) then use that same feminized auto pollen to pollinate the F1's?
my guess would be 25%.

And also, what generation would it be? S1 or something?

The auto gene is recessive.. The f1's will all be F1 feminized photo period plants with recessive auto genes... Pollinating the f1's with the same reversed pollen (back crossing, or bx1) would not make the auto gene more expressive or dominate. Recessive traits don't show in f1 or bx1s. You have to breed two f1 or bx1 siblings together to get that 25% or to start seeing recessive genes.
