Technical Issue auto not flowering

Ok so I found some seeds and started to grow after maybe 3-4 weeks 1 plant started flowering and the second just show withe hairs on sides and stretching for 6 weeks.

growing is soil ph is 6.5 and I am using adv nuts for bloom and using RO water. 150w led 3500k HLG board.
i went from 18/6 to 12/12 but still not flowering. should i cut it and start over with new seends?

When you "find some seeds" and plant them, you really can expect anything. Some are simply slower to do the deed. Patience usually reveals true nature. Move to a corner and let'er rip.

Oke thanks for answer.
I will just wait 2 more weeks of not flowering I will cut it and start over with new and good seeds
