hey, No i started out on a 20/4 light schedule because it should be an autoflower. but after 70 days she still was not blooming so i put her in week 10 on 12/12 schedule and then she started to flower finally . so it was not my intention to have this plant for 20 weeks but she did not want to flower. and i bought it as autoflower so. but hey with 10 weeks of veg she grew out to be a huge plant so. it all ends well. You did 12 hour schedule the entire grow right? I noticed you said 12 on the first post. And the last post.
That is probably why your grow took so long. I'm no expert but I've read a lot on AFN. light schedule discussions like "should I use 24/24 or 20/4?" usually have a comment that it doesn't really matter when it comes to yield and quality. But I've noticed some people will say that 24 hours compared to 20 hours will result in 1 week less time to grow. So if you're using 12 hours of light only, then that could really make your grow take a very long time.
