I have a tent it's 50x100x180, can I get a fan it will intake air and put the air through carbon filter and then back out through outtake hole? Bringing down tent temp and replacing tent air with new air? I already have a small fan at the moment on one of the tent side poles

Yes, Exhaust systems are almost mandatory on a tent unless you keep it open. They help control odor, temperature and relative humidity. More importantly they refresh the CO2 in the tent for the plants. It should be exhasted to the outdoors or at least another room. The reason is if you vent into the same room as the tent you create a closed circuit where the air gets wetter and hotter in the room and consequently the tent. Eventually the air will exceed the desired parameters.
