black spots on leaves

Hi all,

My AK auto has developed some blacks spots on the upper leaves. It is almost ready to harvest--any suggestions would be appreciated

I have been trying to get a ph of around 6.5. I have not added any notes for a few weeks--I was trying to avoid having to flush the plants--and plan on harvesting in the next two weeks.
