Bulbs burning out

I have two Argo 125 watt cfl bulbs and balast. My bulbs keep burning out after not a lot of time. These bulbs are expensive and I’m done replacing them.My cabinet is 47” long and 27” tall. This is my area for clones sprouts and preveg. Looking for ideas to replace this lighting systems.

What’s cheap? I’ve seen One for like 75ish has 4 bulb ballast
