Can anyone give me the different heights for different stages of growth? My new light came with NO paperwork! I did my last grow with Spider Farmer LED lights, completely different than these powerful COBs I'm sure. I'm having trouble finding out anything but the specs on this light, even from the place I bought it, All Green Hydroponics, Amare website is no help ether. Thanks
