Can't figure this out

When you say your basement is cool how cool before you fixed it? RH to low how low and for how long? Along with the other things already mentioned these environmental factors can stop a plants growth.
It was usually about 65F-68F before I introduced the veg lamp. My bigger concern was the RH which had dropped to around 38%.

I gave the girls a good watering yesterday and they're already showing signs of improvement!

Those numbers are not too far out of range. Not comfortable but not damaging. I would just slow down the plant. :goodluck:
