Here is my experience with choice seed bank, also known as attitude seeds sister site.
They accept visa credit card, and i didn't have to call the bank to authorize a international purchase or anything, so +1 for that. (seedsman & herbies are good too, i used them in the past, but they no longer accept visa)
Got the beans in hand 15 days after placing the order from choice. (overseas)
All seeds look nice and dark, no damage. Same goes for the freebies.
Stealth was good. Looks like customs never even opened it.
The random item (i wont mention because i don't want to ruin their stealth method) is something i might be able to actually use instead of just throwing it away lol...
I will use choice/attitude again in the future.

I believe coupon code "420" always works for 10% off at attitude or choice too.
