Coco pots and transplanting

I'm growing in coco/perlite and I saw these 4" coco pots on amazon. POTS The company owner says you can directly transplant these into new pots and roots will grow right through. Wondering if anyone has had experience with them. My 2nd grow, I used another "instant transplant" technique that messed with the roots somehow so I'm a little cautious about using these. Seems like it should work but they seem a bit stiff and only the bottoms are wet right through
