Lighting Colortemp led lights

Im looking into some led-lights for a closet-project im working with,in addition to my ongoing grows.
I wonder why doesnt any ledpanels have the hps-colortemp 2100k?

I have looked at many panels and lowest i found is 3000k.
Standard seems: 3000k-3500k-5000k and 6000k in fullspectrum panels.

Does the red 660nm provide the lower kelvin that hps does?
Im looking at the qbk1500plus,it draw 154watt when heated up.
The wardrobe i converted measures 57cm x 95cm with 210cm height,i have installed 100mm exhaust fan (160m3 an hour) and carbonfilter.

Anyone tried the qbk1500plus led,it has ok reviews?

...im thinking of two of those qbk1500plus in this wardrobe.

Of course,i cpuld have bought another tent for this led-test but stealth wardrobe-grow are fun.

A quality led light and an automazar or nl x big bud auto would be alot of fun,it can be used as a mother-chamber too later on. Fun stuff,i love it.
