Hi fellows, caught a few of these on yellow sticky traps.
First time so I don't know how to differentiate.
Would you help me?

I think it is fungus gnats. I don't have too good track record on these though ;)

I think this is more a fungus gnat I have been told aphids are more round like a beetle. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong. But what's the best way to get rid of these things?
