This is Day 40 why are they showing sex so late maybe it doesn't enter the flowering stage??? I never expirience such a late Autoflowering plant..

If there is still nothing by day 50 I'd switch light cycle to 12/12 to see if it might induce flowering....it could be that plant or you might have got a photo instead...
I have another Auto in the tent I don't want switch to 12 it decrease the quality of the other plants. I think i kick it out then
How long until the auto is done? You could just let this one grow until the auto is ready and then switch to 12/12

That's what I would do. Sometimes a plant just won't auto. A shame for the energy put into it, but it happens...
just remove her from your grow tent and keep her in a dark place after 12hours of light if you do not want to toss her.
