Just an FYI, I'm finishing my first hydro grow, and among them are two amnesia haze and two lemon haze as well as 8 more plants in various stages. One amnesia is doing what yours did, all other plants are perfect. In fact, the other amnesia is hands down the biggest and healthiest in the tent. I upped P to no avail, but when only one plant is doing it, and only when leaves mature, I'm not too worried about it and let it go.
Could something like this be genetics related? Also interesting to note, all the haze strains are flowering first...
