When are the best times for defoliation?
I have a bushy auto I think would benefit from defoloation. Its stretching begining of flower.
I think after the streach would be a good time.
I haven't done any lst but may include that also.

Thanks for dropping in I tend to have a light defol in late veg. If the plant is looking healthy take the large fan leaves and lower bud sites away towards the end of veg and then again once stretch has finished. I've left them alone after the 2nd defol, so in terms of days around days 35-45 and then again after stretch.
Here she is a tri-cot. I went ahead and did the lst, after a few days for the plant to adjust I removed what previously damaged leaves I could find and some blocking air and light.
