I have the same trouble in my grow room. I went as far as punching a hole in a zip lock bag and placing it over the bud I intended to pollinate. Then I sprayed the rest of the plant with water and placed a large plastic bag over the whole plant. After making a hole for the zip lock bud, I un-zipped the bag and pollinated the bud inside and sealed her up for 24 hours. Somehow, after all these precautions, most of the plant ended up with seeds. So from now on, I would only consider doing it outdoors during the warm summer months. That way I don't have to worry about it and just let pollination happen naturally.Being in dwc you can't control pollen release as easily and then you have a huge number of seeds you don't want on a huge plant you didn't want to pollenate.
