Little pots over there are made to be biodegradable directly into soil. Those are two autos seeds. Can I avoid transplant stunt and put directly into 3 gal pots or I Need to cut more holes before doing so to help the roots expanding?

You can keep them in those and transplant them, but I would make some more holes or slits in the sides and bottom so the roots can get out easily, that way it won't stunt growth at all.

They are made to be biodegradable but I'm pretty sure it takes alot of moisture and some time for them to break down enough for the roots to get through quick and easy.
