Hey, got 7 day old seedlings here, when they first sprouted they were a nice darker green, now they look to be yellowing possibly? I made a few changes, please let me know what might be going on.

Grown in coco/perlite, was getting fed/watered once a day, now is getting a full pot drain-to-waste feeding twice a day.

Lights are about 18-20" from the canopy, and receiving 23,000 lux (previously was only receiving 13,000 but they looked like they were stretching for more.)
I'm feeding at 5.8pH, ROd water. I have been only feeding 0.2-0.4ec of nutrient strength using General Hydroponic FloraTrio. I was told that the first week they only need 100-150ppm of nutrients.
Now I'm reading other guides that say to use 1.2-1.4ec all the way by week 2. So I just fed them 1.0ec to see how they do. Did I probably just burn the shit out of them?? Aside from that, are these yellowing? And why might they be yellowing given this information? Thanks so much guys!
