First time grower. 3 day old plants looking a little stretchy?

These were under 3500K Quantum Boards ranging from ~5000 to 7000 lux, grown in coco with dry amendments. After these pictures were taken the lux was raised about 1000. The attached pictures are the worst ones.

They're probably 26 inches above the plants. I planted the seed directly in the soil and gave it about an oz of water, that's what the water is still 5 days later. the humidity in there was 88% up to this point. It's since dropped a bit and air flow has been increased.
