Germination question

I started to germinate Thursday, looks like all my seeds will pop. One tho has a tail about half inch long already, the other 3 are just breaching the seed shell, but they look good. My question is , should I get the faster one in medium, or wait another day or so and do them all together?

Plant it. Don't risk damaging the tap root.

It sounds like all of them are going to pop. 100% is nice.
