Getting leftover extract out of jars to convert to edibles?

Got dozens of small jars all with left over extract. Inside each is quite little amount but between all the jars could be 1-2g. i was thinking to make edibles like gummy bears but not sure what is best way to get all the extract out fo the jars.

any advice on how to go about this part of the process?

If you were going to make chocolate you could add some cocoa butter and warm to mix and then pour it out. I don't know how much oil you could add for gummy bears; just the concentrate may already be borderline? Warm it and use a syringe to vacuum it out.

I am glad I grow and make my own because I waste a lot not willing to fiddle with it.
