(1) Hi guys could I make this, using frozen cannabis too start with.

(2)mans once thepowder is made. Do you guys work it out by hand. (3) And how come some hash has a brown colour. Does the colour change in cure ?

(1) yes, it's arguably better to freeze the trim first.
(2) you can do whatever you want with it, leave it powdery sticky kief, squish it into pucks, squish it into a ball, squish it in a press for concentrate. Kief's your oyster.
(3) yep it'll turn brown when you work it.
