Some final updates.
I emptied out the cups and airpots, separating the roots, coco, and hydroton. The cups cleaned up really easily, I will definitely use them again. For a container of that size, they seem better than solo cups in every way (unless I intend to transplant). The bottoms say they're BERRY plastics's T31416FCLCP1 (16 oz freezer-grade container).
Sifting the trim again yielded another 1.15g, so in total I got a bit over 90g of flower, ~730 seeds (between many different crosses), and 4.5g of kief.
