Hello folks, my package has been in transit for 20 days, and yesterday it said that it was *being returned* *the shipment was returned because the recipient cannot be found* there's my address and phone number yet no one contacted me, does this mean they inspected it ? and also did anyone ever hear of someone getting busted for ordering seeds online xD ? my heart is broken to see the returned status, yet it sucks if i get in trouble for this, the package was delivered to (North Africa)

Na, they don't usually come after people for seeds(but your in an entirely different country,so I am not sure how strict they are)... But I will contact @Dinafem-Mark and maybe he can help guide you what happens next... Maybe your address or zip wasn't correct? If it was opened you surely would of received with a letter inside saying they took them, but if they sending it back chances are something was wrong with the contact info possibly... but anyways, I tagged Mark from Dinafem in he will reply once he see's this , so hang tight...
