Can anyone please help me diagnose what's wrong with my plant?

Details:
  • Plant is 10 days from seed and already showing advanced signs of leaf necrosis. The problem began as what looked like just a small number of slightly yellow / pale spots on the leaves.
  • Plants being grown indoors DWC. Watered 5ml once every other day (when the rooter feels dry to the touch), PH 5.8 dechlorinated municipal water with 1/4 strength remo nutrients.
  • Light is 600W MH, dimmed to deliver 4800 lux of light.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Ok I have a theory that this is a boron deficiency, brought on by a combination of under-watering and quite possibly too low humidity. So I’m planning to take the following steps:
  1. Turn the humidifier back on to raise the humidity back to the 60-70% range.
  2. Move the fan which was likely blowing a little too directly on the plant, possibly drying it out faster than the others.
  3. Prepare a small batch of PH 5.8 nutrient solution with a very slightly stronger dose of remo micro at 1/3 strength. I will feed via a foliar spray initially, and also a small 3ml feed every 6-8hrs.
