Help me please

Hi can someone please help!! Is it ok to gorilla grow in 7litre pots or is that not big enough. I’ve read bits that’s say Yes and then bits that say No

I was going to germinate then plant straight into a 7l pot as it’s final pot

I soak my beans for 24hrs then plant them straight in to their final pots, either 11l or 17l fabric pots.
