help with promix HP

been using promix hp. the runoff with new promix is over 1000ppm with just water and no nutes. if you use promix hp, when do you start nutes? do you flush the promix at start so it lowers the ppm to seedling level or just leave it?

I usually start first nutes on day 5-7, just plain water once before that. I don’t “flush” the Promix, but I do fully water my pots, and then stick them in the tent for a few days before I drop a seed into it. That allows it to be evenly moist and gets it up to the right temperature.
