Hermie on my hands?

As the title says,

do I have a hermie on my hands or can someone more knowledgeable than me shed some light on this?

I'm about 3/4 weeks out

Hello! You are definitely more than 3-4 weeks out.. But no that is not a herm. Pollen sacs dont have pistils. What you are looking at are called the calyx. You can read up on the anatomy of cannabis with a Google search.. But here is a pic I used when I first started.
