Holes in leafs - do I have to worry?

need help!!!
now I do worry. today I realized that most of the older leafs of one plant are changing their colour, getting little brown dots. The other 3 plants so far don't have that so far.
I don't think that it has to do with nutes. I'm using Biotaps with all the plants and they grow and doing fine.
Nobody here with an idea what this could be and what I could do?

I made these from some fastbuds mystery bud and some dispo gdp bagseed. This is f6. I plucked off all the fan leaves now that it showed female.
