How are they looking? Should i switch 12/12 for flowering?

hello my plants on day 26 today. They arent flowering,should i wait a week or should i switch 12/12? Also they have huge fan leaves,should i cut them?

Id say be patient.they will start to bloom on there own.u could remove u bigger leafs get some light into the side bottom growth.happy growing
