Grow Mediums How long can you leave an auto in a small rockwool cube?

Hey all,

I'm wondering how long an auto can stay in a starter rockwool cube before it gets stunted?

I'm thinking about running some autos in an ebb and flow, and if flood height needs to be lower than the rockwool that means I would need roots fairly established in the cube before putting them in the system.

Any ideas?

Just leave it. The roots will growth through the rock wool and into the solution.
