Hey guys,

Since I am on my first grow and learning as I go I am not quite sure what to expect each step along. Just curious how much "smell" is normal outside my tent. It's a small 28"x28" with one plant. I have a 4" ACinfinity fan and carbon filter running.

Right outside the tent I can smell the plant. It is behind a curtain and the smell dissipates quickly. I definitely checked all the openings, vents, and velcro opening/viewports.

Is this pretty normal? I'm no where near flowering yet. I was thinking of picking up some ona gel canisters. Read decent reviews on them. If the smell is unusual I will double check for a leak or air gap again.

Thanks,

Kostas

Do not use Ona anywhere near your plants not even in the same room it will ruin the bud! You should have no smell eminating from the tent if your exhaust and carbon filter are installed and running properly. The tent should be in a negative pressure - the walls being pulled in slightly. Make sure your ducting is sealed with duct tape.

Take pictures of your setup if this does not solve the problem.
