transplating without experience often damages an autoflower.
I'd always recommend starting them in your final pot unless you're a good grower who has lots of experience of transplanting.

Any time you waste with an auto is time you can't get back.
Ok I know I would cut gaps in cup in sides and bottom and just put hole cup in to not disturb roots...
