What's your budget for additional lighting?

Not much, unfortunately. I was looking for 'a little help' with a few extra lumens a few times a day. The problem I have is space. No room for a grow tent or anything. I was looking for something like in the link here

Yes, one for each. Leave the top open for heat dissipation. Small 6” clip fan or stand fan gently blowing over whole setup. Once they get established they can start going outside. Hoping for sun for you! Are they in their final pot? And what size?

I have 3 like the larger seedling and one tiny little thing that doesn't seem to grow at all!
The other image is of the lights I was thinking might help.
