Light Distance

Hey folks, I need to know how far my light should be from the tops of my plants.
I will be growing 2 Northern Lights Autos in soil and in a closet.
I will be using LED lighting a Spider Farmer SF1000.
How close should I be at each stage of growth?

You should have received that info with the lights. I have two SF1000, but haven't had them long enough to do a full grow. The other side of Thanksgiving, I will be putting the light at 30" and lower from there. 30" has been my starting mark for a long time and with quite a few lights.

I run a SF4000 which maintains a distance of roughly 30in veg 24-18 inch flower 24 is usually good. I have now added a SF1000 to the same tent which runs over one plant about 22-26 inches from the tops
