I’m going away for a week. My three plants are outdoors but movable. I‘m concerned the plants may dry out. One may be harvest ready. One thought would be to bring them inside in front of the south facing window. Would the plants suffer from the filtered light?

Clear glass 'filtering' light isn't going to be your problem. Plants grow well in glass greenhouses.

Your problem with light coming through a window will be having enough of it. You may lose a few days of growth.
