I think that paying a non-u.s. seed bank additional money (on top of their standard shipping fee) to ensure that a package will be sent in a more stealth manner is basically a form of extortion. I think that their shipping practices should be stealthy in the first place and that their initial shipping fee should cover that cost.

You can look at gyo seedbank. Unfortunately they stopped buying from other breeders so I can no longer get my Dutch passion seeds from them. But they breed their own now and I've never had issues with them. Customer service was good as well.
